– 90% refund if cancelled before 20 days of scheduled arrival.
– 50% refund if cancelled before 10 days of scheduled arrival (but less than 20 days)
– No refund if cancelled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival.
– Name Change will be treated as cancellation only.
**Note: Organizer reserves all rights to make any changes without prior notice.
Resort Policy:
– Check in/out: Resort Check-in Time is 12:30 PM; Check-out Time is 10 AM.
– We have no Refund Policy.
– For Safety Purpose 80 Kgs and Above weight persons are not permitted for zipline, wall climbing and Jumping Activities.
– All Adventure Activities Included one time for Residence Guests.
– We can help to make extra sleeping arrangements in rooms.
– According to the government regulations, every individual who is above the age of 18 is required to carry a valid Photo ID to stay at the hotel.
– The identification proofs accepted here include Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, and Ration Card. A guest will not be allowed to check in without valid ID proof.
– The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.
– We love Pets, but they are not allowed.
– Drivers are not allowed in Camp Premises.
– Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12:30 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. You can contact the hotel directly for early check- in or late check-out.
